PRIVACY POLICY - Frombach, Inc.
Frombach, Inc. respects privacy of Internet Users and does not collect personally identifying information without the Internet User's permission.
This policy applies to the web sites owned and operated by Frombach, Inc., a California corporation ("Frombach").
You may contact us regarding this Privacy Policy by e-mail at privacy@frombach.com
Some terms used in this Policy are:
"Cookies" - are pieces of information stored by an Internet User's Internet browser on the user's computer.
"Internet User" - refers to a person who has access to the World Wide Web via a technology enabled device, such as personal computer, handheld, PDA, etc.
"Merchant Partner" - refers to a person or organization that operates a web site that pays Frombach for a sale, lead or click by an Internet User that referred to Merchant Partner by Frombach.
Collection of Data
Frombach does not collect identity or contact information from Internet Users on Frombach's web sites.
An Internet User's Internet browser may set Cookies (when enabled) that contain small amounts of data on the user's computer after a visit to any web site. Cookies can assist a Merchant Partner in tracking Internet Users'
activities beginning from Frombach's web sites through Merchant Partner's web site. If the Internet User later re-visits our Merchant Partner's site directly, Merchant Partner is able to continue to track the Internet User's
activities on the Merchant Partner's site and reward Frombach that referred the Internet User. Cookies themselves tell neither Frombach nor Merchant Partner about the Internet User personally.
Cookies could be used in two stages of tracking: when a Merchant Partner's banner image is loaded for viewing on Frombach's web page by an Internet User and when this banner image is clicked by an Internet User. The function
of these Cookies is to provide Merchant Partners with information solely for the purpose of paying Frombach commissions when an Internet User clicks on a link, creates a lead, or makes a purchase on a Merchant Partner's web site.
Frombach's servers never instruct Internet Users' Internet browser to set cookies on Internet Users' computer directly but cookies may be used by our Merchant Partners at their own discretion. Frombach does not assist Merchant Partners to be able to access each other's cookies. Frombach does not support "User Profiling".
Frombach may receive and record partial e-mail addresses of Internet Users from Merchant Partners, only in circumstances where the Internet User has voluntarily provided its identity and contact information through the
Merchant Partner's web site. This partial e-mail address does not enable Frombach to personally identify the Internet User.
If a web site or a Merchant Partner were to provide any personally identifying information to Frombach beyond name and/or e-mail address, Frombach would discard that information immediately.
Disabled and Non-functioning Cookies
Frombach does not employ any technology or means of preventing an Internet User from disabling the acceptance of a Cookie. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but an Internet User's browser may be set by
the user to disable this function. Some Web browsers or similar Internet navigating technology may not support (or consistently support) Cookie technology.
Use and Disclosure of Data
Frombach does not sell or rent personally identifying information. Frombach does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone that Frombach is not authorized to do so.
Frombach reserves the right to release information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those that Frombach is compelled to disclose to. At present, all information processing occurs in the United States.
Although Frombach requires Merchant Partners to adhere to Good Business Practices as a condition of affiliate partnership with Frombach, Frombach is not responsible for the information practices of Merchant Partners. Merchant Partners may collect information from or about Internet Users, including personal information. The collection, use, and disclosure of information by Merchant Partners are subject to their respective privacy policies, which may differ from Frombach's Privacy Policy.
Security Measures
Frombach employs industry standard security measures to ensure the security of all data. Access to Frombach's server log files and customer data including customer's name and/or e-mail addresses is accessible via password
protection by designated Frombach employees who require system level access in order to perform their jobs.
Spam
Frombach does not intentionally send unsolicited e-mail messages that could legitimately be construed as spam. Frombach's Merchant Partners are held to the same standards.
COPPA
Frombach complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. No Frombach web site is specifically directed to children under 18. Merchant Partners are also obligated to comply with COPPA. If Frombach has been informed of unintentionally collected or received information from a child under 18, Frombach will immediately delete such information from its databases. Frombach shall not knowingly distribute any personally identifiable information erroneously collected from children under 18.

Please contact info@frombach.com if you no longer wish to maintain an account with Frombach. Frombach shall not retain your name and/or e-mail address any longer than is necessary to perform the services that you requested from Frombach.
Policy Changes
With or without prior notification, Frombach may find it necessary or be legally obligated to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted at this site. Except as otherwise required by law, modifications to this Privacy Policy will not affect the privacy of data collected by Frombach prior to the effective date of the policy change.
